About me

I have been a California State Parks Lifeguard and Junior Lifeguard Instructor on the Mendocino and Sonoma coast for the past five years. I worked as a surf instructor for Raglan Surf School in New Zealand in 2024. I have been teaching private & group surf lessons for beginners, both youth and adults for five years.  As a certified lifeguard and EMT, I ensure that every lesson prioritizes safety, giving students the confidence to learn and enjoy the ocean without worry. Growing up, I was an enthusiastic kid in the LA county junior lifeguard program and I've been surfing my whole life. I aim to provide a fun and supportive environment for students of all ages to improve their surfing skills and gain confidence in the ocean.
